Shipping to Bahrain, Jordan, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia costs AED 80 and usually takes 5 working days by tracked standard courier. Cooled shipping is not available.

The recipient is responsible for local duties, taxes, and import requirements. Customs may inspect, hold, return, or seize a shipment. If a parcel is returned, we can only assess a refund after it reaches our Dubai facility; original and return shipping costs are not refundable unless required by law.

Not necessarily. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable during brief periods at room temperature, and UAE cooled deliveries use temperature-controlled handling, so loose ice packs may not be included.

Yes. Orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging with no description of the contents on the outside.

Eligible orders up to AED 5,000 including the handling fee can use Cash on Delivery. The fee is 5% of the order value, with a minimum of AED 20, and appears at checkout.

For pens and sprays, COD unlocks after 2 completed orders made with the same email address or account.
