Shipping Policy

We deliver across the UAE and to Bahrain, Jordan, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. Here is what shipping costs, how long it usually takes, and what to expect.

Shipping rates at a glance

Dubai and Sharjah

  • AED 30 delivery fee
  • Free delivery from AED 400 on eligible orders
  • Usually delivered in 1 business day, cooled and tracked

Other Emirates

Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and other non-western areas:

  • AED 60 delivery fee
  • Free delivery from AED 800 on eligible orders
  • Usually delivered in 1 business day, cooled and tracked

UAE western regions

Al Dhafra, Ruwais, Liwa, Ghayathi, Madinat Zayed, Mirfa, Tarif, Sila, Sir Bani Yas, and surrounding areas:

  • AED 60 delivery fee
  • Free delivery from AED 800 on eligible orders
  • Usually delivered in 2–3 working days
  • Sent in standard packaging because cooled delivery is not available in these areas

Selected GCC countries and Jordan

We ship to Bahrain, Jordan, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

  • AED 80 shipping fee
  • Usually delivered in 5 working days
  • Tracked standard delivery; cooled shipping is not available
  • Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the recipient

Customs: Cross-border shipments usually clear without issue, but customs authorities may inspect, hold, return, or seize a shipment. The recipient is responsible for local duties, taxes, and import requirements.

If customs returns a parcel, we can only assess a refund after it arrives back at our Dubai facility. Original and return shipping costs are not refundable.

Order processing and delivery times

  • Orders are normally prepared within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
  • For next-business-day UAE delivery, order by 6:00 PM UAE time.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
  • We do not dispatch on Sundays or UAE public holidays.
  • If we need to confirm your address or another order detail, dispatch may be delayed until you reply.

All delivery times are estimates. Courier capacity, traffic, weather, public holidays, customs, and other events outside our control can cause delays.

Packaging and temperature control

We use cooled, insulated packaging for eligible deliveries to Dubai, Sharjah, and most other UAE areas. Cooled delivery is not available to UAE western regions, supported GCC destinations, or Jordan.

Temperature control cannot be guaranteed after the courier receives the parcel. Delays, an incorrect address, or an unattended delivery can affect product integrity. If you need strict temperature-controlled logistics, contact us before ordering.

Tracking

We use third-party courier partners. When tracking is available, we send the details by email or SMS after dispatch. The courier may vary depending on the destination, product, and service availability.

Failed delivery or an incorrect address

Please check your address and phone number before placing your order. If delivery fails because the address is incorrect or incomplete, the recipient cannot be reached, nobody is available, or the parcel is refused, we may arrange another delivery for an additional fee or return the parcel. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
